COVID-19 Update & Planning


Dear Customers and Friends,


During this time of great uncertainty regarding this coronavirus, we want you to know that the health and safety of our valued customers and staff is our top priority.


We are closely monitoring the situation and we want you to know that we are taking numerous precautionary steps recommended by the CDC, state and local agencies. These measures include additional cleaning and sanitizing beyond our normal practices on the commonly touched surfaces in our store and our delivery vans. Furthermore, we are practicing social distancing in the workplace, and notifying our staff that they must stay home if they have a fever or have other symptoms associated with this virus. Additionally, we are delivering now with no person-to-person contact and offering curbside pick-up.


To Our Customers:


We encourage customers to place orders online or by phone.


We have instituted a no person-to-person contact delivery policy. We will leave the flowers at the front door or other designated area, and then ring the doorbell or call the recipient to notify them of the delivery.


For curbside pick-up, please call us upon arrival and we will bring to your car your order. Curbside pick-ups do need to be paid for at the time of ordering.


To enter our store and pick out your own flowers and arrangement, please call upon arrival and a staff member will escort you in. A mask or face covering is required.


Flowers bring, in a special way, a calming, relaxing, and life affirming presence. We are grateful that we can continue to serve our community in this way and greatly appreciate your patronage.
